Chris’s practice lies broadly within that of property transactions and all types of commercial and residential property litigation, professional negligence claims and personal and corporate insolvency.
Chris qualified in 1995 dealing with civil litigation, personal injury, liquor licensing and matrimonial work including international child abduction applications. A gradual specialisation towards more commercial and property related work began with Chris dealing with a variety of commercial disputes, mortgagee possession claims, residential and business landlord and tenant matters, property disputes, bankruptcy and corporate insolvency and negligence claims mainly against solicitors, surveyors and members of the medical professions.
During 2000 Chris joined and became the head of the Commercial Litigation department at a central London firm of solicitors and later joined the commercial litigation department of another established central London firm where he became a partner.
Chris is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
